After the great success we had during our summer mini-workshop in Stop Motion animation we are glad to be presenting yet again another 7 day full creative workshop in stop motion animation (one of the oldest yet most creative cinematography animation techniques) for children between the ages of 8 and 13.
During this workshop your child will learn:
✓ Creative Story Telling: Students will have the opprtunity to progress from idea to story boarding and learn the secrets of captivating visual storytelling: Story Plot, Characterization, Setting, Point of View, Climax of the story, Resolution, Conclusion and Theme-setting
✓ Story Visualizing: Learn how to visualize and turn their written stories into a 2D visual Story Board;
✓ Modelling and Animation: Acquire practical skill while molding and sculpting their own 3D miniature models, design-characters and sets
✓ Shooting and Filming
Note: All Videos and mini films will be edited and finalized by our dedicated tutors. In addition, all materials are included and Provided by us.

What is Stop Motion Animation?
Stop-motion animation is one of the oldest forms of visual storytelling in cinematography that conjure up the illusion of movement by combining art, motion and metaphor to convey an idea. It’s also really fun to create, as 15+ first-time animators recently discovered during a mini workshop which was held during our summer art course.

Ezekiel, is a professional Digital artist who’s worked on various international film productions. Much of his career’s work is dedicated to digital animation, editing and sculpting.”Initiated by an intense fascination towards building 3-D miniature models this lead me to further explore and capture my life-inspirations through captivating animated stories by combining Art, Motion and Metaphor

Kelsey May Connor | Visual Fine Artist B.A (Hons) Fine Art
Despite her young age of 24 Kelsey, has been able to create a long portfolio of versatile works, commissions and projects ranging from hyper-realism to surrealism and even abstract and more conceptual artworks. Her vast portfolio perfectly reflects her enthusiastic, curious and non-conventional approach to art-making.
Kelsey has been most recently known for her quirky and engaging drawings for Kelma Kuljum – a local initiative which explains language through hand drawn sketches- which to Kelsey’s name reflects the great draftsmanship and strong storytelling skills.
